CAROLINA COPPER INC is a supplier of merchandise only. CAROLINA COPPER INC does not engage in the practice of engineering, architecture or general contracting. CAROLINA COPPER INC does not assume any responsibility for design, engineering or construction; for the selection or choice of materials for a specific use; for quantities or sizing of materials; for the use or installation of materials or for compliance with any building code or standard of workmanship. CAROLINA COPPER INC does not assume any responsibility for products sold to be compliant with any community design standards, regulations, by-laws or codes or statutes either written or oral. No oral statement shall bind the Seller as an express warranty and all express warranties flowing from the Seller to the Buyer shall be in writing. Limitation of Remedy. The Seller (Carolina Copper Inc) shall not be liable for any consequential damages. Any remedy which the buyer may have arising out of defective goods shall be limited to the repair or replacement of non-conforming goods or parts. Improper installation of any product or misuse of any product for any particular purpose voids all applicable warranties either implied or expressed.
Upon request, we will provide installation guidelines and recommendations for all standard flashing’s, chimney caps and box covers, lighting products, door pans, and other general information concerning copper in contact with other materials. MSDS sheets are also available upon request.
PAYMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS, ALL payments are due at receipt of invoice. Invoices are mailed via the United States Postal Services, e-mailed or faxed (customers preference). Customer agrees to pay in addition to the invoiced totals, a late payment interest charge for any balance that is outstanding after 30 days of the billing date. CAROLINA COPPER INC shall bill the Buyer in the amount of 1 ½% Interest per month or 18% annually, calculated on the last day of the month after the billing date of the invoice. CAROLINA COPPER INC shall stop production on ALL PENDING ORDERS if any invoiced amounts due exceed 39 days past due. CAROLINA COPPER INC shall require payment in full on all invoices prior to the shipment of merchandise.
Costs of Collecting Past Due Invoices. The Buyer hereby agrees to pay ALL Costs that CAROLINA COPPER INC incurs in the collection of ALL PAST DUE monies owed to CAROLINA COPPER INC including labor to file liens or locate records or file documents at attorneys offices or government offices including gas mileage billed at current IRS rates, and also including any costs incurred by CAROLINA COPPER INC for the securing of Attorney services and Court Costs and any other costs (postage, etc.) related to the collection of the said debt. The Buyer hereby agrees to pay interest on said debt at 18% APR calculated daily until payment in full is collected. The Buyer hereby agrees to pay CAROLINA COPPER INC the full amount due plus interest and any other collection costs including but not limited to outside collection agencies, regardless of whether the Buyer has been paid or not from the owner of where said products were billed to and/or delivered to. CAROLINA COPPER INC shall use any and all methods available at the time to collect this debt at the expense of the Buyer and agreed to hereby the Buyer.
RETURNED GOODS POLICY, ALL returned goods MUST be accompanied by the original receipt or invoice. NO CASH REFUNDS. We reserve the right to refund by check or give a credit towards your next purchase. Any returned goods over 15 days from shipping date shall be given a credit only towards future purchases. NO REFUNDS on products returned over 30 days from shipping date. Custom products cannot be returned. There is a 20% restocking charge (Minimum of $20.00) on all returned goods. ALL materials returned must be in re-saleable condition. Materials returned that are tarnished severely from the weather or fingerprints shall not be excepted as re-saleable condition and will be credited at current scrap rates, less costs associated with that process.
Full Copper Sheets and 100# Copper Rolls will be accepted as returnable. We will refund the full purchase price, less freight costs both to and from, less 20% restocking fee. Materials MUST BE RETURNED IN NEW CONDITION, or scrap rates shall apply. Please note: IF YOU PURCHASE A PALLET QUANTITY OF A PRODUCT - YOU CAN ONLY RETURN A PALLET QUANTITY - NOT A PARTIAL QUANTITY - AS PRICE BREAKS HAVE BEEN APPLIED TO LARGER ORDERS. THE RETURN QUANTITY MUST MATCH THE ORDER QUANTITY - WE CANNOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR OVER ORDERING MISTAKES.
Fasteners and stock Gravity Roof Vents will be acceptable as returnable. We will refund the full purchase price, less freight costs both to and from, less 20% restocking fee. Materials MUST BE RETURNED IN NEW CONDITION, or scrap rates shall apply. Please note: IF YOU PURCHASE A PALLET QUANTITY OF A PRODUCT - YOU CAN ONLY RETURN A PALLET QUANTITY - NOT A PARTIAL QUANTITY - AS PRICE BREAKS HAVE BEEN APPLIED TO LARGER ORDERS. THE RETURN QUANTITY MUST MATCH THE ORDER QUANTITY - WE CANNOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR OVER ORDERING MISTAKES.
ALL OTHER WEBSITE SALES ARE FINAL AND RETURNS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED UNLESS FOR SPECIFIC PRODUCTS LISTED ABOVE.
TO RETURN A PRODUCT - YOU MUST CALL TO GET AN RMA (RETURNED MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION) NUMBER. Once you have that number, you can prepare the order to be returned [MUST BE RETURNED IN SAME PACKAGING]. Upon its return and inspection, you will be credited based upon the policies set forth above.
COPPER SCRAP WILL BE PURCHASED AT THE CURRENT #2 COPPER SCRAP PRICE – CUSTOMERS CAN HAVE THEIR ACCOUNT CREDITED OR HAVE THEIR CREDIT CARD CREDITED DEPENDING UPON THE POLICIES OF TIME WRITTEN ABOVE. TO RECEIVE A CREDIT—THE CREDIT WILL BE WRITTEN TO THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER OF THE MATERIALS ONLY.
COLLECTION POLICY: All invoices are expected to be paid upon purchase date of the invoice. This date is the date that the invoice is mailed, faxed, e-mailed, or web-delivered. Thirty days includes the time of delivery to get the invoice to you, and the time of delivery to get the payment to us. In the event that payment is not received within 30 days, the following schedule of events could happen (the failure to complete any or a portion of this schedule does not release you of your obligation to pay this debt—in the event that you consistently pay later than 30 days past the invoice date could lower your credit limit or even put a stop on your credit limit completely.)

119 days Official Filing of a Mechanics Lien will be Filed with the appropriate County, at the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court. New finance charges will be added plus a $2.50 Administrative Fee plus $20.85 Past

125 days Official Notification of the General Contractor and/or Owner of the Project will happen by Registered Mail /or Certified Mail. This Notification is to notify of the Intent to Perfect the Lien.
